First and foremost welcome to my small business!  I appreciate you and the fact that you are here!  If you order please rest assured I will do my best to make sure your items are perfect and arrive to you in a timely manner.

 All items are made to order which means...you place an order, the materials are then ordered and made as soon as they come in(normally 3 business days).  Once an order is placed it cannot be changed or cancelled.  Refunds & exchanges are not accepted due to each item being made to order.  Once an order is placed the materials are ordered and made as soon as they come in(normally 3 business days).  This process usually takes 5-10 business days from order placed to order shipped although sometimes sooner.  Weekends & Holidays are excluded

*If you are Local to the KCK area you can Choose "Pick-Up" at checkout instead of paying for shipping.  YOU are then responsible for contacting Heidi to arrange time/place for Pick-Up once the order is ready.  You will receive an email when it is ready.  You can email the address below, text us are the number below, PM the business page linked below or PM Heidi directly to schedule pick-up.  If you know that your schedule is a little hectic and scheduling a time choosing to have your order shipped may be easier for you and that is perfectly fine as well.

All items are Unisex fit and are either 100% preshrunk cotton or a blend (poly/cotton or poly/cotton/rayon).  Read description of each item for additional info.  If you have questions please email us or PM us on our Facebook Page.  Join the VIP Group to be the first to know when New Releases hit the site and for and Specials we run for VIP members only!

We ship using USPS Mail, you are sent a tracking email the minute your label is printed, please make sure to find emails from us if they are spammed and mark them "Not Spam" to receive the tracking emails. We are NOT responsible for any packages once they are shown scanned by USPS.

Once you have received a tracking number for your order, any issues or concerns regarding the shipment must be handed through the U.S. Postal Service, as the order is now in their possession. You can contact the U.S. Postal Service at usps.com,or (800)275-8777.

If a shipment is showing as "DELIVERED" with your tracking number, you will need to contact your post office, as that is a delivery issue, and we would not be able to correct a delivery issue. Delivery issues (including damage, theft, and misdeliveries) MUST be handed through the U.S. Postal Service.

I highly recommend creating an account on the website.  This will give you access to your info if it needs to change, your order history as well as the ability to see the tracking for all orders.  Signing up for the newsletter is also recommended.  Newsletters and our social media group/page is the best way to know when new releases and sales happen.

You must confirm that your shipping address is correct when you enter it, if the package is returned to us due to the address being entered incorrectly at check-out you will be invoiced for additional shipping if it is returned to us and must go out again. PayPal requires us to ship to the address entered at checkout so we CANNOT edit your address at your request after. We are not covered in the event of a lost package if we ship to an address other than the one entered at checkout.
